2027 Easton The Dub Darkside -8 USSSA Baseball Bat — Two-Piece Composite — EUT7DBDS8

Take the newest Easton Dub Darkside and turn up the performance with Gorilla Bats Shaved & Rolled service. The Dub Darkside is built around Easton’s 2X Double Barrel Construction, combining an inner and outer composite barrel for an extremely responsive hitting surface, while ConneXion Max and the Opti-Flex Handle provide a smooth, connected feel through the swing.

The -8 carries a balanced swing weight with a 2 3/4" barrel, making it an aggressive travel-ball option for hitters looking for a strong combination of barrel speed, power, and a large hitting surface.

GORILLA BATS PERFORMANCE SERVICE

This bat is available with your choice of:

BASIC — Shaved & Rolled
Our Basic service is designed for players who want an upgraded barrel feel and performance while maintaining a more conservative modification.

STAGE 1 — Shaved & Rolled ⭐ RECOMMENDED
For hitters looking for a more aggressive performance setup, Gorilla Bats recommends our Stage 1 shaved and rolled with polymer specification for the Dub Darkside -8.

The Stage 1 option is designed around the construction of this particular two-piece composite barrel and is intended to increase barrel responsiveness and performance while maintaining a practical level of durability.

WHY THE DUB DARKSIDE?

Easton built the Dub Darkside around its 2X Double Barrel Construction, with a lower-compression outer barrel working over a lightweight inner barrel. ConneXion Max connects the barrel and handle while helping provide a smoother feel on contact.

The Opti-Flex Handle is engineered around the bat's specific size and drop, giving the -8 a powerful yet controlled swing profile.

The result is a 2 3/4" USSSA travel-ball composite bat with a large hitting surface, balanced feel, and plenty of barrel technology built into the stock design.

GORILLA BATS RECOMMENDS

For the 2027 Easton Dub Darkside -8, Gorilla Bats recommends the Stage 1 shaved and rolled specification for players looking for the more aggressive performance option.

Choose Basic for a more conservative setup.

Choose Stage 1 when maximum performance within our recommended service range is the goal.
